Theology, Imagination, and the Arts Track

The Seattle School’s MATC in Theology, Imagination, and the Arts invites you to explore the theological work of the artist as a person whose vision of life is being shaped by the capacious narrative of scripture as revealing God’s dream for creation.This integration of theology and art equips the student in the transformation of people and culture through the production of artifacts. This concentration trains students to live into their calling, creatively participating with God to reimage the prophetic role and vocation of the artist.

Global & Social Partnership

The Seattle School’s MATC in Global & Social Advocacy invites you to develop a mutual relationship with the world based on humility, curiosity and context while advocating on behalf of God, humanity and creation. This concentration trains students to become responsible global citizens marked by the Gospel of Jesus Christ, while engaging the shift toward a postcolonial context. Students will become aware of their narrative, learn to engage their local community and join the larger global perspective.

Interdisciplinary Studies

The Seattle School’s MATC in Interdisciplinary Studies allows a student to fully customize their program having the most open electives of any degree program offered.
